Cancellation Policy:

Membership Cancellation: To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, just provide a 7-day notice if you wish to cancel your massage membership. 

Early Termination Fee: If you decide to terminate your membership before your initial 3-month commitment ends, a $75 cancellation fee applies. 

Session Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your session up to 3 days in advance without penalty. However, cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of your appointment incur a $25 fee, while cancellations within 12 hours result in the loss of the session.
